Sharepoint Specialist

Sharepoint Specialist - Manchester - 5 days onsite - 6 month contract

I have an immediate opportunity for a Sharepoint Specialist to join a busy client in Manchester.

You will provide expert operational support and upgrade a large SharePoint estate across on-premises and Microsoft 365, with hands-on ownership of platform upgrades and 3rd line support to keep the SharePoint services secure and reliable.

I am therefore keen to speak with candidates who have

• Strong experience with SharePoint Server 2019 and SharePoint Subscription Edition (SE).
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online (M365).
• Deep knowledge of SharePoint farm architecture and operational support.
• Experience of supporting SharePoint Search architecture, including crawl configuration, indexing and query processing.
• Understanding of search-driven user interfaces and applications.
• Ideally, exposure to Microsoft 365 services such as OneDrive, Teams and Exchange Online.
• Desirable experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and/or Microsoft Copilot or AI capabilities.
• Preferred certifications in Sharepoint, Microsoft 365, Azure Development, Power Platform, Azure AI etc.
