Location: Pune

As a Field Application Engineer, you will be the technical liaison between the company’s semiconductor solutions and its field service teams, ensuring seamless integration of NBO and DIN concepts into customer applications. You will diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware and firmware issues on site, providing expert guidance to clients and helping to implement robust, long‑term solutions in a fast‑paced environment. Your role will involve collaborative problem‑solving across multidisciplinary teams, while continuously enhancing customer satisfaction and building lasting technical relationships. You will also contribute to product development feedback, drive field‐validation projects, and support the deployment of DWIN-enabled systems in a variety of industrial settings.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Deploy and configure semiconductor devices using NBO and DIN specifications in a field environment.

• Conduct on‑site troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis for complex hardware/firmware issues.

• Provide real‑time technical support to service teams and end‑users during installations.

• Collaborate with design engineers to validate product performance and recommend design improvements.

• Create detailed documentation, including configuration guides, troubleshooting manuals, and test reports.

• Lead field validation projects and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to execute test plans.

• Perform on‑site training and demonstrations of DWIN-enabled solutions to customers.

• Collect and analyze field data to inform product enhancements and risk mitigation strategies.

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of emerging semiconductor technologies and industry best practices.

• Travel to customer sites as needed, ensuring timely resolution of technical challenges.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on field application engineering.

• In‑depth knowledge of NBO, DIN, and DWIN technologies and their practical applications.

• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable solutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with technical and non‑technical stakeholders alike.

• Experience deploying and supporting semiconductor products in diverse industrial environments.

• Proficiency with troubleshooting tools and diagnostic software used in semiconductor applications.

• Ability to produce concise technical documentation and deliver effective training sessions.

• Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within Pune region.

• A proactive, customer‑centric mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
