Technical Project Manager

Role Overview:

The Technical Delivery Manager will serve as the operational bridge between onshore stakeholders and the offshore engineering team - managing delivery schedules, team productivity, and project execution. This role is also responsible for enabling AI adoption within their team, ensuring engineers effectively use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.

This is a hands-on delivery management role focused on execution, team productivity, and operational excellence.
