HR Business Partner

Good Afternoon,

I am currently representing Westminster Council who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience

We are looking for a HR Business Partner this role will be based at: SW1E6QP Hybrid Working.

The right candidate will:

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver workforce strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Provide expert HR advice and guidance on organisational redesign, workforce planning and transformational change programmes.
• Lead and support complex employee relations matters, ensuring effective and legally compliant outcomes.
• Coach, support and challenge managers to improve leadership capability, performance and employee engagement.
• Support the delivery of talent management, succession planning, workforce development and performance improvement initiatives.
• Analyse workforce data, identify trends and provide evidence-based recommendations to support decision-making.
• Contribute to organisational development initiatives that strengthen culture, performance and employee experience.

We require the following:

• Significant experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or equivalent senior HR role.
• Experience supporting senior leadership teams within a large and complex organisation.
• Extensive experience leading workforce elements of organisational change programmes.
