REPORTS TO

Director

EXPERIENCE LEVEL

1-2 years of experience

THE COMPANY

Full Picture is a collective of entrepreneurial-minded, cross-industry experts who dream big, connect the dots in unexpected ways, and consistently deliver legacy-defining initiatives for our clients. Through our four divisions – Executive + Brand Strategy, Production, and Strategic Communications - we forecast trends, identify key moments, and capture the public’s interest to bring our clients’ ideas to life.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Account Coordinator is an operational and creative contributor within the Executive & Brand Strategy division. This role combines core administrative execution with early-stage creative strategy, supporting the Director and working closely with the Senior Account Executive.

The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years of experience in an agency, brand, or client-service setting. You move fast while remaining thoughtful about details, balance structure with creative curiosity, and take full ownership of your responsibilities.

As you implement a seamless operational flow for the team, you will expand your role into concept development, research, and creative brainstorming across client campaigns, launches, and positioning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational & Project Management

  • Handle core administrative tasks that keep the team running smoothly, including scheduling, drafting call agendas, capturing clear meeting recaps, and routing action items
  • Track deliverables, project timelines, and status updates across client accounts
  • Keep Senior AE, Director, and leadership informed on where projects stand and proactively flag needs early
  • Work collaboratively across internal teams and divisions to gather information, align workflows, and keep deliverables moving forward
  • Maintain clean digital filing systems, folders, and division tools/templates so project information remains organized and easily accessible to the broader team

Research & Creative Contribution

  • Support development of client materials including backgrounders, prep documents and more
  • Conduct research across clients, industries, media, cultural trends, talent lists, and event/activation opportunities
  • Work directly with leadership and team members on early concept thinking for client campaigns, brand launches, executive positioning, and seeding/gifting strategies
  • Bring your own fresh ideas and cultural finds to the table for client projects
  • Read relevant publications and flag actionable insights or cultural shifts useful to clients

Leadership & Team Support

  • Take operational tasks off the plates of Senior AE and Director so they can focus on higher-level strategy and execution.
  • Manage operational logistics so leadership can focus on setting strategic direction.
  • When appropriate, take space on calls to present research, insights, or project components you directly owned.
  • Assist with in-person client events, physical mailers and more

KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a habit of following through so the team can rely on your work
  • Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple timelines, and prioritizing under pressure
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills; comfortable asking smart questions, sharing ideas, and presenting work to leadership
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently or collaboratively with minimal initial guidance
  • Creative curiosity and strong research skills
  • A genuine passion for storytelling, pop culture, media, and emerging industry trends
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential client and leadership information
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in an agency, brand, media, or strategy environment
  • Experience interfacing with clients and supporting cross-functional team workflows
  • Demonstrated interest in brand building, entertainment, fashion, tech, or social impact
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.)
