Oracle HCM Specialist - Drive People-Systems Excellence

Essential Energy in New South Wales is seeking an Oracle HCM Specialist to join the Assets and Digital division. You will provide functional support across the Oracle HCM platform, helping optimise HR and payroll processes and ensure data integrity.

Reporting to the Oracle HCM and Security Manager, you will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Recruitment and IT to deliver improvements, manage incidents, and support upgrades and testing.
