Invictus Group is a specialist recruitment consultancy operating across the Property, Engineering and Real Estate sectors. Due to continued growth, we're looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our friendly and ambitious team.

What you'll be doing:

• Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and our internal database.
• Speaking with candidates to understand their skills and career goals.
• Qualifying applicants and matching them to suitable vacancies.
• Booking interviews and managing candidate communication.
• Supporting Recruitment Consultants throughout the hiring process.
• Building long-term relationships with candidates.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality or another customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.
• A positive attitude with a desire to succeed.
• Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ambitious with a genuine interest in building a career in recruitment.
