Financial Controller

We are looking for a CFO to lead the financial function of the agency. The role will drive financial planning, profitability, compliance, and business strategy, while partnering closely with leadership to scale operations sustainably.

Responsibilities:

• Drive overall financial strategy aligned with business growth

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

• Track and improve profitability across clients and projects

• Optimize pricing, margins, and cost structures

• Manage cash flow and working capital efficiently

• Ensure compliance with financial, tax, and legal regulations

• Oversee accounting, reporting, and audit processes

• Provide strategic financial insights to leadership

• Build and lead a high-performing finance team

• Implement financial systems, controls, and automation

Requirements:

• MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification

• 10-15+ years of experience in finance leadership roles

• Prior experience in a digital agency, advertising, media, or services business preferred

• Strong understanding of agency financial models (retainers, project billing, media spends)

• Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and business strategy

• Experience with financial tools, ERP systems, and dashboards

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
