Job Title: PeopleSoft Finance Techno-Functional Consultant – Order to Cash (O2C)
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite – Work from Office)

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled PeopleSoft Finance Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle. The consultant will be responsible for supporting end-to-end business processes, technical development, system integrations, and enhancements within PeopleSoft Financials.
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement, configure, and support PeopleSoft Financials O2C modules.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Support the complete Order-to-Cash lifecycle including:
    • Customer Setup
    • Order Management
    • Billing
    • Accounts Receivable
    • Receivables Maintenance
    • Collections
    • Cash Application
    • Payment Processing
    • Customer Statements
  • Develop custom solutions using:
    • PeopleCode
    • Application Engine
    • Component Interface
    • Integration Broker
    • SQR
    • BI Publisher
  • Design and maintain integrations with external systems.
  • Perform testing, deployments, troubleshooting, and production support.
  • Create functional specifications and technical design documents.
  • Participate in system enhancements and upgrades.
Required Skills
  • 8+ years of PeopleSoft Financials experience.
  • Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Billing
    • Accounts Receivable
    • Customer Contracts
    • Customer Management
  • Strong PeopleTools development experience.
  • Experience with SQL, Oracle Database, and Integration Broker.
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
  • Exposure to cloud migration and system upgrades.
  • Agile/Scrum project experience.
