Project Manager

As a result, the Project Management team is expanding and seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager to help drive meaningful change across the business. The Project Management function is well established, led by an experienced Head of PM who has built a stable, collaborative team environment with a strong focus on delivery excellence and continuous improvement. Role Overview The Project Manager will take ownership of delivering end-to-end projects, supporting a variety of transformation initiatives across the business. You will work closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and senior leaders to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of change. This is a delivery-focused role (not a people management position), suited to someone with strong core project management capability who can confidently operate in a regulated, fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities Lead projects through the full lifecycle from initiation to delivery and benefits realisation Manage planning, scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and RAID across multiple workstreams Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, technology, data, and operations Engage and manage stakeholders across varying levels of seniority Deliver across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments depending on project needs Support delivery of strategic and operational change initiatives across the organisation Ensure clear communication of progress, risks, and outcomes throughout delivery Project Scope Manage multiple smaller projects concurrently or a single larger programme with several workstreams Work across evolving business priorities requiring flexibility and adaptability Deliver outcomes across transformation, regulatory, and operational improvement initiatives Business Areas You May Work Across Data transformation and capability improvement AI-enabled efficiency and automation initiatives Corporate strategy and payments-related change programmes Regulatory and risk-driven change Core operational improvements Operational efficiency and process improvement programmes Ideal Candidate Profile 2 years+ experience in project delivery within technology, digital, or transformation environments Comfortable working across Agile and Waterfall methodologies Proven stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams Experience delivering full lifecycle projects (from requirements through to implementation and benefits delivery) Able to operate effectively in complex, regulated environments Strong delivery mindset with a focus on outcomes and execution rather than formal qualifications This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who wants variety, visibility, and the chance to work on meaningful transformation initiatives within a stable and collaborative environment.
