Job Description

Contract Role - Saudi Custody Operating Model - Manchester/London/Hybrid - 06 months initial - Inside IR35

We are looking for Saudi Custody Operating Model to design an end-to-end operating model for its Saudi market entry. The role requires niche Saudi capital markets knowledge, particularly around securities infrastructure, and is open to candidates based in London or Manchester with a target start before end of September.

Role Overview:
* Job Title: Saudi Custody Operating Model
* Location: Hybrid - 4 days onsite per week in Manchester/London
* Contract Type: Contract
* Duration: 06 months initial
* Rate: PAYE £675.11 Per day + holidays (20 days + 8 bank holidays pro rata) OR Umbrella Rate - £800 per day

* Develop and document the end-to-end Saudi custody operating model in collaboration with bank SMEs.
* Conduct current-state assessments and identify business, operational, and regulatory gaps.
* Facilitate requirements workshops across Product, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Client Service.
* Define target-state processes, controls, roles, and operating procedures.
* Document Saudi market requirements, including EDAA, Tadawul, and regulatory obligations.
* Produce process maps, requirements documentation, and RACI models.
* Support implementation planning, governance, and readiness reviews.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to validate operating model design.

Experience
* Experience with the Saud capital markets.
* Operating model design within custody, asset servicing, or financial market infrastructure.
* Strong understanding of custody operations, settlement, cash, and asset servicing.
* Experience delivering large-scale market entry, regulatory, or transformation programs.
* Ability to translate regulatory requirements into business and operational capabilities.
* Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
