Project Manager - Tier 1 Industrial & Logistics £85,000-£95,000 + Car Allowance + Excellent Package | North West & Midlands Are you an experienced Project Manager working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor and looking for your next major career move?

We're working with a leading Tier 1 UK main contractor that has secured a number of exciting new projects across its Industrial & Logistics division, creating multiple opportunities for ambitious Project Managers across the North West, West, East & South Midlands.

This is a chance to join a high-performing business delivering some of the UK's most significant design & build projects, with project values ranging from £20m to £120m. What will you be working on? Projects include:

Design &amp; build warehouses<br />Distribution centres<br />Logistics parks<br />Retail parks<br />Data centres<br />Cold food stores The Role You'll take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to successful on-site delivery, leading a multidisciplinary team and ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and managing the project team from pre-construction through to completion<br />Managing multidisciplinary site teams and key subcontractors<br />Chairing subcontractor design and coordination meetings<br />Driving programme, progress and performance<br />Coordinating internal teams, clients, consultants and external stakeholders<br />Managing project risk, planning and commercial interfaces<br />Maintaining the highest standards across health, safety, quality and environmental performance<br />Ensuring projects are delivered to programme, budget and client expectations What are we looking for?

You'll ideally have:

A proven track record as a Project Manager within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor<br />Ability to lodge away if required - Projects can be across the North West, East, West &amp; South Midlands - Living Away allowance provided up to £600 extra per month Experience delivering industrial, logistics, retail, cold food, pharmaceutical plants, data centre or similar complex projects<br />Experience managing projects in the £20m-£80m+ range would be advantageous<br />A BSc in Construction Management or similar qualification, and/or a relevant trade background with appropriate industry tickets and certifications<br />A strong track record of delivering high standards of HSEQ<br />Excellent planning, organisation and time-management skills<br />The ability to think ahead, identify risk and take ownership of project outcomes<br />Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills What's on offer? £85,000-£95,000 basic salary, depending on experience<br />Car allowance + mileage<br />Excellent employer pension contribution<br />26 days' annual leave + bank holidays<br />The opportunity to join a leading Tier 1 contractor with a strong pipeline of major projects<br />Excellent long-term career progression across a growing Industrial &amp; Logistics division Ready for your next move?
