AI SME/AI Solutions Lead (SAP + Enterprise AI)

Role: AI SME/AI Solutions Lead (SAP + Enterprise AI)

Client Location: New Brunswick, NJ  (Hybrid)

Duration: 6+ Months

Must Have

·         Demonstrated experience building AI agents with leading technologies including Joule

·         Strong background in SAP SD/OTC and its functional processes that they will be AI-enabling (sales order reliability, returns, supply chain, distribution, and invoice reliability)

·         Experience working on the above within a Life Sciences environment

·         Strong BTP Experience

·         Project experiences working with SAP Business AI, Joule, BTP AI services, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, or similar enterprise AI platforms.

·         Experience with AI-enabled workflow automation and agentic AI solutions.

·         Understanding of enterprise data platforms, analytics, and cloud technologies.

Required Qualifications

·         7+ years of experience within enterprise technology environments, including strong exposure to SAP ecosystems.

·         Experience serving as an AI SME, AI strategist, innovation lead, or similar role supporting enterprise AI initiatives.

·         Strong understanding of generative AI concepts, AI agents, LLMs, and intelligent automation technologies.

·         Background working within life sciences vertical

·         Deep SAP order to cash experience

·         Experience collaborating with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional technology teams.

·         Ability to translate business problems into scalable AI-driven solutions.

·         Familiarity with AI governance, data strategy, security, and enterprise adoption considerations.

·         Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence leadership and business teams.
