Job Description
We are seeking an experienced  Java Developer with NICE Actimize experience  to join a banking/financial services technology team supporting  PNC Bank . The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Java development experience along with expertise in  Actimize  solutions used for financial crime, AML, fraud, or transaction monitoring applications.
The candidate will work closely with business analysts, technical teams, architects, and other stakeholders to design, develop, integrate, enhance, and support enterprise applications in a highly regulated banking environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using  Java/J2EE .
* Work with  NICE Actimize  applications and related financial crime/AML solutions.
* Develop and maintain REST APIs, web services, and application integrations.
* Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
* Perform application development, debugging, unit testing, and production support.
* Integrate Actimize with internal and external banking systems.
* Troubleshoot application and integration issues and provide root-cause analysis.
* Participate in code reviews and follow established development and engineering standards.
* Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and offshore/onshore development teams.
* Support application deployments and production releases.
* Ensure solutions meet security, performance, scalability, and regulatory requirements.
* Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills
* 10+ years of software development experience 
* Strong hands-on experience with  Java/J2EE 
* Hands-on experience with  NICE Actimize 
* Experience in  banking or financial services 
* Strong knowledge of  Spring / Spring Boot 
* Experience developing  REST APIs / Web Services 
* Strong SQL and database development skills
* Experience with application integration and enterprise systems
* Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, testing, and deployment processes
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills
* Experience with  AML / Anti-Money Laundering 
* Experience with  Transaction Monitoring 
* Experience with  Fraud Detection / Financial Crime Compliance 
* Experience with Actimize modules such as  SAM, IFM, CDD, or AIS 
* Experience with messaging/integration technologies such as  Kafka 
* Experience with cloud technologies and CI/CD pipelines
* Experience working in large-scale banking environments
