Lead AI Engineer Agentic Test Automation

Role:Lead AI Engineer( Agentic Test Automation)
Location:Tysons,VA

Key Responsibilities

• Build LLM/GenAI-powered agents for test generation, maintenance, failure analysis, and requirements validation.
• Develop reusable agentic test automation frameworks using Karate and Playwright.
• Create GenAI-powered test reporting, failure clustering, root-cause analysis, and release-readiness insights.
• Implement automated quality gates for requirements, acceptance criteria, test data, and dependencies.
• Integrate solutions with GitHub, GitHub Copilot, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Establish test coverage standards, templates, governance, and best practices.
  Required Skills

• Hands-on GenAI/LLM and Agentic AI development.
• Strong experience with Karate and Playwright.
• Advanced GitHub Copilot and GitHub Actions experience.
• Experience with API/UI automation, microservices, CI/CD, and quality engineering.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, structured outputs/JSON schemas, evaluation, and AI guardrails.
• Experience building automated testing/reporting and requirements-quality solutions.
