Job Description
Role: Network Engineer
Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)
Type: Contract to Hire
We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer with CCIE/CCNP-level expertise to support enterprise and data center network environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and troubleshoot complex routing and switching networks.
- Deploy and support VXLAN/EVPN and data center networking.
- Configure and troubleshoot BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VRFs, and VPN/IPsec.
- Resolve network performance and connectivity issues.
- Support network upgrades, migrations, and high-availability environments.
Requirements
- Strong CCIE/CCNP-level routing and switching expertise.
- Hands-on experience with VXLAN/EVPN, VPN, and data center networking.
- Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP, VLANs, and network security.
- Experience with Cisco/Nexus technologies preferred.
- CCIE or CCNP certification preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
