Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Support Engineer - Level 2 to provide hands on technical support across Microsoft 365 and Office applications. This role will be responsible for resolving incidents, service requests and technical issues while helping maintain a high quality end user experience across collaboration, productivity and workplace technology services. You will support a broad Microsoft 365 environment, including Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 2 support for Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Office applications.
  • Troubleshoot issues relating to email, calendaring, collaboration, document management and Office applications.
  • Manage user accounts, licensing and permissions.
  • Support identity and access management activities, including Microsoft Entra ID integration.
  • Investigate and resolve authentication, SSO and MFA issues.
  • Perform mailbox administration, distribution group management and email troubleshooting.
  • Support Teams meetings, telephony and collaboration services.
  • Assist with software deployments, updates and patch management.
  • Maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation.
  • Escalate complex issues to Level 3 support or vendors where required.
  • Participate in problem management and root cause analysis activities.
What we're looking for
  • 3+ years' experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration, Exchange Online, Teams Administration, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Multi Factor Authentication and Single Sign On.
  • Experience with PowerShell administration, Windows 10/11 support, mobile device management and ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
  • Understanding of Microsoft licensing and security best practices.
