Lead Data Architect Lakehouse & Dimensional Modelling

Job Description :

• Data Architect - We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to lead the design, modelling, and implementation of an enterprise data platform.
• The role serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, transforming complex business data into scalable, high-performing BI solutions.
• Key Responsibilities Data Architecture & Modelling Design and implement scalable data Lakehouse solutions using Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold).Design and govern enterprise Datamarts using Star Schema dimensional modeling, including fact/dimension tables and surrogate keys.
• Maintain logical and physical database designs in Microsoft SQL Server, ensuring query optimization, indexing, and performance.
• Create developer-ready ETL/ELT mapping documents with source-to-target mappings, business rules, transformations, and data quality checks.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Design Leadership.
• Lead discovery and design sessions with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Guide technical discussions with data engineers, BI teams, and IT resources to ensure architecture standards and successful implementation.
• Required Qualifications7+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Enterprise Data Modelling, or Senior Data Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Medallion Architecture.
• Strong expertise in Datamart design, Star Schema, and Dimensional Modelling.
• Deep proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL, database optimization, and schema/table design.
• Experience creating ETL mapping documents and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), including patient billing, claims processing, denial management, or A/R data.
