We are seeking a leader for a team of service technicians at a leading automotive glass repair and replacement company in Germany. With a strong presence across the country and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we are dedicated to making a difference through exceptional service.

The Role

• Lead a team of service technicians, overseeing the repair and replacement of automotive glass, including ADAS calibration.
• Act as the technical and operational lead for the service center, ensuring adherence to company standards and efficient daily planning.
• Deliver outstanding customer service from initial contact through to vehicle handover.
• Manage administrative tasks including invoicing, handling customer payments, and processing incoming orders.
• Implement quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with audit standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, with a preference for experience as a master automotive technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to obtain or possession of a "Betriebsleiter (HWK)" certification.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and proficient PC skills.
• Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, with a focus on trust and collaboration.
