JD :

• 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years working on AI, automation, or digital transformation projects.

• Strong understanding of AI copilots (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or custom LLM-based assistants) and their practical applications in business workflows.

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting AI performance data and making data-driven decisions.

• A passion for emerging technologies and a knack for turning complex concepts into simple, impactful solutions.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations using tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, actionable workflows for non-technical teams.
• Monitor AI performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve accuracy, usability, and trust.
• Conduct training sessions and create onboarding materials to help teams get the most out of AI copilots
