Electrical/Instrument & Control Technician

• Permanent Day shift - Full Time Position - Rutherford , NSW
• Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm + Overtime as required (paid at overtime rates)
• $59.51 per hour
• Uniform and PPE provided

About the role:

• Supervision and co-ordination of Electrical & Maintenance contractors onsite
• Troubleshoot process issues and plant breakdowns.
• Participate in plant upgrade development, execution and commissioning.
• Undertake installation and maintenance work in the plant and to ensure compliance with applicable legislation.
• Maintenance of Plant equipment database
• Maintenance and ordering of stock levels.
• Awareness of decisions made in this role on a daily basis and how they contribute to the branch's collective performance.

About you:

• Experienced Electrical, Instrument and Control Technician or willing to obtain Qualifications. (Assistance in obtaining available)
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
• Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly developed communication skills (written and verbal)
• Cert III or IV in Instrumentation and Control
• OHS Card
• Hazardous area certification EEHE or willing to obtain (Assistance in obtaining available)
• EWP Ticket
