Outside Sales Representative | Cooksville, MD | Hybrid

The Role

  • Prospect new commercial business and manage assigned leads to achieve sales goals.
  • Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Explain proposed solutions clearly and confidently to customers, building trusted relationships.
  • Utilize provided tools, including a company-provided iPad, for sales agreements and organization.
  • Prioritize safety in all responsibilities and conduct oneself with professionalism and integrity.
  • Serve as an empathetic problem solver for commercial clients, leveraging extensive training.

What You'll Need

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification (company paid).
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions and physical ability to access confined spaces.
  • No prior industry experience required; sales experience is preferred.
  • Aptitude for learning and applying new information, with a service-oriented mindset.
