The Role • Define and execute the short to mid-term AI strategy for Lead to Cash process enablement. • Drive AI integration across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to enhance efficiency and provide intelligent insights. • Oversee the development of AI-powered tools to address process pain points in quoting, contracting, order management, billing, and collections. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and develop solutions that accelerate revenue cycles and improve data accuracy. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the business value and impact of AI implementations. • Foster relationships with AI vendors and technology partners to integrate cutting-edge capabilities. What You'll Need • 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 1 year specifically focused on AI/ML products. • Proven experience piloting or implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments. • Demonstrated success in deploying AI tools that improve employee productivity and operational efficiency. • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies including natural language processing, predictive analytics, and generative AI as applied to sales and revenue operations. • Deep understanding of end-to-end Lead to Cash processes (CRM, CPQ, CLM, billing, revenue recognition). • Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies and AI product lifecycle management.
