HR Business Partner

Partner with leaders across multiple veterinary hospital locations to provide strategic and hands-on HR support. Lead employee relations investigations, manage HR processes and compliance, analyze workforce trends, coach managers, and support engagement, retention, and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and teams across hospital locations to provide consistent HR support.
• Lead workplace investigations, leave administration, accommodations, and risk management initiatives.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, pay and status changes, and compliance reporting.
• Analyze turnover, engagement, and workforce trends to recommend actions.
• Coach managers and support leadership development and team effectiveness.
• Advance employee engagement, retention, workplace culture, and organizational change initiatives.
