Account Executive | EL MONTE, CA, United States | Hybrid | $63,000.00 – $94,600.00/yr plus uncapped commission This employer is a leading provider of comprehensive site services, dedicated to fostering partnerships that contribute to customer project and event success. The Role • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing accounts, while building new client relationships and making recommendations on product offerings. • Prospect and generate leads to increase new revenue and identify opportunities for service expansion within existing accounts. • Win new projects and sites from existing parent accounts and work to convert competitor customers. • Increase product and unit sales beyond initial scope and manage account plans within assigned territories. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure equipment availability, timely delivery, and proper servicing. • Meet or exceed regional revenue goals by providing tailored solutions that align with client requirements. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of sales experience. • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in outside sales or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Ability to manage multiple clients in different phases of the sales process while maintaining quality of service. • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. • More than 35% travel is required, with reliable transportation to visit clients.
