Project Manager – BOLT Implementation (Construction)

Job Title: Project Manager – BOLT Implementation (Construction Industry)

Location: Florida (Remote – East Coast Hours Preferred)
Duration: Contract (6–12 Months)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of BOLT, a modern construction software platform, for a growing construction-focused organization providing MEP services for new construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who understands the intersection of construction operations and technology implementation, and can effectively partner with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of BOLT construction software across business units
• Collaborate closely with construction teams (field and office) to gather requirements and ensure successful adoption
• Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Drive project planning, execution, timelines, and risk management
• Translate construction workflows (especially electrical and plumbing processes) into system requirements
• Ensure smooth integration of BOLT into existing business operations
• Conduct stakeholder meetings, provide status updates, and manage expectations
• Facilitate training sessions and support user adoption
• Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in software implementation projects
• Hands-on experience implementing BOLT or similar construction/project management software
• Strong understanding of construction business workflows, especially electrical and plumbing domains
• Experience working with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction technology (ConTech) implementations
• Familiarity with ERP/project management tools used in construction
• PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification is a plus

• Remote role with preference for candidates aligned to East Coast working hours
• High visibility, client-facing role requiring strong stakeholder engagement
