Product Delivery Manager – Java (Only W2) (Hybrid)

Job Title: Product Delivery Manager(Java)
Location: Hybrid – Local Client office 2 days a week
Duration- 5+ Month Contract

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale projects with a high level of complexity
• 5+ years of product management experience or engineering/Technical lead
• Good understanding of one or more tech stacks such as microservices, Rest APIs, microservices (Spring Boot / Java), React, Cloud (Azure preferred), Finance ERP Systems (such as PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Coupa, and OneStream)
• Broad understanding of technical delivery aspects such as SDLC, DevOps, SRE, Quality Engineering
• Working understanding of Agile methodologies such as Agile, Kanban, SAFe, or equivalent
• Ability to build strong relationships with technical, product, and business stakeholders
• Previous project management and leadership experience preferred.
• A bachelor''s degree is preferred; MBA or graduate degree a plus.
• Project management certification (PMP) and Agile certification a plus.
