Job Description

This is a 3 - 6 month Fixed Term Contract for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to progress your career within a luxury brand. The role may lead to a contract extension or possibly perm


Key Responsibilities:

Proactive Candidate Sourcing: Actively seek and engage potential candidates through various channels to build a strong talent pipeline. Mainly working across Manufacturing / Engineering, Buying and Quality

Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles and departments.

Full Life-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job advertising to candidate selection and onboarding.

Job Description Creation: Assist in crafting engaging job descriptions and postings that attract suitable candidates.

Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.

Interview Coordination: Organize and facilitate interviews, providing support to both candidates and hiring teams throughout the process.

Stakeholder Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates to enhance the recruitment experience.

Project and Recruitment Administration: Oversee various administrative tasks related to recruitment projects, ensuring efficient operation within the talent acquisition function, including data analysts and KPI's

Provide coaching and counsel to business partners, demonstrating negotiation and persuasion skills


Qualifications:

Must be experienced, strong with stakeholders and have recruited for more technical roles.

Must be able to work at pace and deal with changeable priorities

Proven experience in talent acquisition, including stakeholder and candidate management

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems


The role will be hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home and this will be a FTC on the company's books
