Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Developer to design, develop, configure, and support AI-powered Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Agentforce and Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure Salesforce Agentforce solutions.
• Build and customize Agentforce agents, topics, actions, and workflows.
• Develop Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, SOQL, Triggers, and Flows.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Work with business teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Configure Salesforce security, profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
• Support production deployments and resolve technical issues.
• Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps, and other technical teams.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer.
