Sales Associate Shift Lead

CBH Cooperative is seeking a Sales Associate Shift Lead to support daily operations at our agricultural retail locations. In this role, you'll lead shift activities, provide exceptional customer service to producers and rural customers, and promote energy, agronomy, grain, and feed products. Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, cash handling, inventory stocking, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. You'll train and guide team members, uphold safety and compliance standards, and help meet sales goals. This position offers hands-on ag industry experience, growth into leadership roles, and the chance to support local communities.
