The Role

• Ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience and achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Efficiently manage daily operations, guarantee product availability, and maximize store revenue.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team, including training future talent.
• Oversee all sales floor and stockroom activities collaboratively with the team.
• Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and monitoring product freshness and expiry dates.

What You'll Need

• Proven ability to drive branch success and a strong work ethic.
• Completed vocational training in retail, with prior experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine enjoyment of customer interaction.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, flexibility, and teamwork capabilities.
• A proactive and hands-on approach to daily tasks.
• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level).
