Description This role is primarily Java-centric - you will design and build cloud microservices on the platform - with the expectation that you actively apply AI tooling and patterns to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and contribute to our emerging AI-driven product features.<br />Develop, test, and implement software solutions to meet business needs.<br />Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable applications.<br />Maintain and optimise existing systems to ensure high performance and reliability.<br />Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.<br />Ensure code quality through regular reviews and adherence to best practices.<br />Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to minimise downtime.<br />Contribute to the planning and execution of technology projects.<br />Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them where applicable.Profile Must haves:

Java<br />Spring / Spring Boot<br />AI Coding tools (Claude, Cursor etc)<br />AWS or Azure Comfortable reading Python code or notebooks (most AI libraries are Python-first); ability to translate patterns into Java implementations.Nice to haves:
