What You'll Drive

The Manager OCC operates in a complex Organisation Culture and Capability environment and leads the development and/or implementation of strategic TAFE SA initiatives, and ensures a cohesive, enterprise-wide approach to educator capability, professional development and learning and development strategies. The position provides system-level oversight of capability frameworks, professional development systems, and data-driven assurance processes that align to RTO Standards.

The Skills You Bring
  • Extensive experience leading the strategic direction, consultation, development and implementation of learning and development strategies, professional development frameworks, programs, projects, processes and systems across complex, multi-disciplinary and dispersed organisations.
  • Expert capability development knowledge, with proven leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement, negotiation and influencing skills to provide strategic advice, build collaborative relationships and inform organisational planning, reform and decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams, align individual and organisational goals, critically analyse systems and frameworks, exercise sound judgement and initiative, and develop practical solutions that support continuous performance improvement.
What You Need to Know

A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
