Job Summary

We are seeking a technical AMTECH / EnCore specialist to support and optimize our ERP environment, with a strong focus on EnCore. This role will play a critical part in system configuration, security, user setup, UAT testing, and process organization. Ideal candidates will have hands‑on experience transitioning legacy systems to EnCore and supporting post‑implementation stabilization and adoption.

This is a hands‑on technical role, suited for someone who enjoys system configuration, troubleshooting, and working closely with business users to ensure ERP processes operate smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a technical resource for AMTECH EnCore, supporting day‑to‑day system operations and enhancements.
Support legacy system transitions to EnCore, including data validation, system readiness, and post‑go‑live support.
Configure EnCore modules, workflows, and system settings to align with business processes.
Manage security setup, including roles, permissions, and access controls.
Add, modify, and manage users, ensuring proper access and compliance with security standards.
Organize and maintain system navigation, paths, and process flows to improve usability and consistency.
Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case execution, defect tracking, and validation of fixes.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.
Provide documentation and basic knowledge transfer for system usage and processes.
Assist with troubleshooting issues and supporting production stability as needed.

Required Qualifications

Hands‑on experience with AMTECH EnCore in a technical or functional‑technical capacity.
Experience supporting or participating in legacy ERP transitions to EnCore (highly preferred).
Strong understanding of system configuration, security, and user administration within Emcore.
Experience supporting UAT testing, including test execution and issue resolution.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply‑chain environments.
Prior involvement in ERP implementations or major upgrades.
Strong documentation and communication skills for working with technical and non‑technical users.
