Digital Systems Manager

The Role A growing engineering-focused business is looking for a hands-on Digital Systems Manager to take ownership of its digital landscape and play a key role in embedding AI and automation into day-to-day operations. This is not a traditional IT management role.

It sits at the intersection of technology and operations, with a strong emphasis on building practical solutions using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform. You'll be responsible for shaping how the business uses its systems - from ERP and data flows through to AI-enabled workflows and automation - while remaining actively involved in delivery.

What You'll Be Doing Designing and building Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to streamline workflows<br />Embedding AI capabilities (e.g.

Copilot, AI-assisted tools) into business processes<br />Supporting and evolving an ERP implementation, ensuring it reflects real operational needs<br />Driving systems integration across M365, ERP and other platforms<br />Developing reporting and data visibility to support decision-making<br />Leading the adoption of automation and AI across the business<br />Working closely with operational teams to improve how systems are used day-to-dayWhat We're Looking For Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate)<br />Solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, etc.)<br />Experience building automations and improving business processes<br />Exposure to AI tools or features (e.g.

Copilot, AI Builder, or similar)<br />A systems mindset - understanding how tools, data and workflows connect<br />Comfortable taking ownership and working directly with stakeholders
