Lead Clinical Data Architect

We are seeking a Data Warehouse Architect 2 to support a vital Data Management Team in ingesting, cleaning, and processing clinical data. You will design frameworks for clinical data domains, map common data elements across disparate systems, and build cohesive, longitudinal data frameworks.

Core Skill Stack

Must-Have (Required):

• Data Architecture & Processing: 5+ years of experience designing conceptual/logical frameworks and cleansing routines.
• Oracle Health (formerly Cerner): 3+ years of hands-on experience working with clinical data systems.

Highly Desired / Plus Skills:

• Python: 5+ years of experience for data processing scripts.
• Google BigQuery: 2+ years managing enterprise data warehouse environments.
• Google Cloud Infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform): 2+ years working with cloud-native data tools.

What You Will Do

• Build the structural architecture required to support complex clinical data domains.
• Analyze and merge disparate source data into a single, cohesive framework.
• Partner with source systems to coordinate secure data extracts and exports.
• Implement production-grade data cleansing and data processing routines.
