The Role

• Lead and motivate a team, setting an example of excellence and effectively implementing national sales concepts.
• Ensure exceptional product freshness, appealing presentation, and strict adherence to hygiene standards.
• Drive sales through outstanding customer service, expert advice, and persuasive product displays.
• Independently implement sales-promoting initiatives and new ideas.
• Manage all aspects of the department, including cost and revenue development, inventory, ordering, pricing, and product flow.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, preferably in the food retail sector, or significant experience in a similar role with fresh food or bakery departments.
• Strong knowledge of fresh products and a keen understanding of quality and freshness.
• A solutions-oriented, results-driven approach with a commitment to performing tasks conscientiously and systematically.
• Excellent teamwork, customer focus, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including Saturdays, within operating hours (Monday-Saturday, 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM).
