Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Ad Sales Manager to drive revenue across our digital solutions portfolio. This role will focus on building and monetizing client partnerships through a mix of audience-led, content-led, and platform-based offerings.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including direct sales, data-led selling, and programmatic environments, and be able to translate platform strengths into compelling client solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Generation: Own and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets across digital advertising and branded solutions offerings.
  • Agency & Client Mapping: Build and maintain strong relationships with key media buying agencies and direct brand marketers in the region.
  • Solution Selling: Position digital solutions through a consultative sales approach, using audience understanding, contextual relevance, and platform capabilities to drive interest.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure.
  • Campaign Delivery Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and aligned to client objectives.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on digital media, OTT, content, and ad-tech trends to identify new monetization opportunities.


Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital ad sales, media sales, or branded content partnerships
  • Strong relationships with agencies and/or direct clients
  • Good understanding of digital ad models, audience targeting, and campaign structures
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and client management skills

MBA or postgraduate degree preferred
