Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on, technically skilled IT Manager to lead a team of technicians in managing day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure support, and projects. This role reports to the Director of MIS and is ideal for an adaptable leader who can motivate and inspire a technical team in a dynamic, on-premise environment. The focus will be on fostering a collaborative, respectful, and accountable culture while elevating the team's support capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in an IT-related field is preferred. Certifications are not required if the candidate possesses a relevant degree.
Experience: Broad experience in infrastructure support, application upgrades, hardware deployments, and networking within an on-premise environment is required.
Technical Skills: Experience with a ticketing system is required.

- Supervise a team of 8 technicians, providing coverage across day and night shifts.
- Provide hands-on support for infrastructure, hardware deployments, application upgrades, and networking issues.
- Troubleshoot technical issues alongside the team to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a fluid schedule to provide leadership and coverage as needed, including occasional evening availability.
- Support the Director of MIS in executing the strategic vision to modernize IT operations.
- Encourage innovation and continuous improvement in IT support practices.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
