Medical Technologist (m/f/d) | Owschlag, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany | On-site We are seeking a dedicated Medical Technologist to join an established radiation therapy center. The Role • Independently operate linear accelerators (LINAC) and ensure smooth operation of radiation therapy. • Perform 4-D simulations and utilize image-guided procedures for optimal treatment planning. • Provide professional and empathetic support to patients throughout their therapy. • Contribute to a high standard of medical care within a specialized radiation therapy department. What You'll Need • Completed and state-recognized training as a Medical-Technical Radiology Assistant (MTR/MTRA) or comparable qualification, including current expertise in radiation protection regulations. • Ideally, practical experience in radiation therapy. • Empathy, a friendly and respectful approach to patients, and the ability to remain composed in challenging situations. • Engaged, structured, and conscientious work ethic, both independently and as part of a team. • Clear, appreciative communication and a high level of service orientation.
