ServiceNow API Consultant (Remote)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking a ServiceNow API Consultant (Remote).

Summary

We are seeking a skilled remote ServiceNow API Consultant to support enterprise integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with ServiceNow development, API integrations, scripting, networking, and security, along with the ability to work directly with technical and business stakeholders. This contract will start at 2-3 months but does have the possibility to extend.

Responsibilities

• ServiceNow API Consultant will develop and support REST/SOAP integrations with ServiceNow
• Build and maintain workflows, scripts, and automation solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration requirements and data mappings
• As a ServiceNow API Consultant, you will troubleshoot networking, firewall, authentication, and access-related issues
• Support testing, deployment, documentation, and knowledge transfer
• Participate in client-facing discussions and provide technical guidance

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development and integration experience
• Strong experience with ServiceNow APIs, JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, and Business Rules
• Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, and web services
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and enterprise integrations
• Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, authentication, and access controls
• Excellent communication and consulting skills

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CSA certification
• Experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and MID Server
• Previous consulting or customer-facing project experience
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, or Asset Management modules

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
