Project Manager

Modular Construction company is seeking an experienced Site Manager with a background in Groundworks and Civils. Delivering timber-frame annex construction projects from initiation through to successful completion.

This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining excellent client communication and effective coordination across all internal teams and external contractors. The Project Manager acts as the key point of contact, driving operational excellence.

Qualifications  Relevant construction-related qualification (e.g., Level 4 Diploma in Construction Management or equivalent experience)  Proven experience managing timber-frame or modular construction projects  Certification or training in Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM)  Strong knowledge of health and safety practices and compliance  Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office applications  Full, clean driving licence to support site visits and client meetings This role is 50% office and 50 site based Car + Fuel card will be included in the package Please call Alex @ Linear or apply by attaching copy of your CV
