The Role • Lead Human Factors (HF) integration across the full product lifecycle, from concept to in-service support. • Manage and support the Human Factors Integration Management System across key product areas, including a core platform and cockpit integration. • Work collaboratively with Human Factors product leads to ensure seamless integration and alignment with program goals. • Lead and mentor a team, fostering professional growth while maintaining high standards in HF integration. • Interface with customers, partners, and regulators in relevant forums. • Tailor HF approaches to meet project priorities, balancing time, cost, and resources. What You'll Need • A strong background in Human Factors integration, preferably within the defense and/or aviation sectors. • Experience leading and mentoring technical teams. • Ability to interface effectively with various stakeholders, including customers and regulators. • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant human science or Human Factors discipline, or equivalent demonstrable knowledge. • Professional body chartership or accredited membership (e.g., CIEHF, SIE, JES), or equivalent knowledge and experience. • Understanding of best practices and compliance within the defense or aviation industry.
