AI Enablement Engineer

 

* Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems analysis, product/portfolio management, or technology program analysis, or 9+ years** of equivalent education and/or relevant experience.

* Proven experience designing and managing intake, demand management, or stage-gate processes for technology initiatives.

* Technical capability to evaluate AI feasibility, platform compatibility, and consumption economics.

* Strong expertise in business case development, ROI modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and executive reporting.

* Working knowledge of AI/GenAI concepts, consumption-based pricing models, and enterprise delivery methodologies (SDLC/Agile).

* Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams.

* Advanced proficiency in Excel,Power BI, or equivalent analysis and reporting tools.
