Oracle Implementation Lead - A2R/EMP

Our Blue Chip Public Sector client is looking for an Oracle Implementation Lead with expert knowledge of Accounting to Report (A2R) and Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). The role will be hybrid London and via an Umbrella Company

As an Implementation Senior Lead, you will play a key role in designing, implementing and optimising finance processes within Oracle Fusion and Oracle EPM environments. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, you will lead workshops, challenge existing ways of working, and deliver solutions that align to finance best practice.

You will have a strong understanding of the end-to-end Accounting to Report (A2R) cycle and be comfortable working with Finance Directors, Heads of Finance, Financial Controllers and operational finance teams

Essential Experience

• Significant experience working within Finance, ERP, Shared Services or Consulting environments.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting to Report (A2R) processes, including:
• General Ledger
• Financial Reporting
• Period End Close
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Journals and Adjustments
• Fixed Assets
• Intercompany Accounting
• Financial Controls and Governance
• Hands-on experience delivering Oracle Fusion Financials implementations.
• Strong Oracle EPM experience, ideally including:
• Planning
• Budgeting
• Forecasting
• Financial Reporting
• Performance Management
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with senior finance stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
