Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reward Analyst to broaden their remit across compensation, benefits and reward projects within a collaborative, high-performing team. The role is working in a fast-paced global Communications Company based in London (Hybrid) within a team of 5. You will be reporting into the Head of Reward and providing support and mentoring when needed to the Junior Analysts and Administrators within the team.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Reward, you'll play a key role in delivering the UK's reward activities across a large and diverse business. Working alongside experienced Reward professionals, you'll own key compensation processes, partner with HR Business Partners and contribute to a variety of reward and benefits initiatives.
This role offers excellent exposure to the full reward lifecycle and would suit someone looking to build on an established compensation background while developing broader commercial and project experience.
Responsibilities
- Support and help deliver the bi-annual salary review and annual bonus processes.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to support hiring and reward decisions.
- Produce reward modelling and data analysis to inform business decisions.
- Partner with HR Business Partners on pay and reward queries.
- Support the administration and continuous improvement of employee benefits.
- Produce reward reporting, headcount analysis and people metrics.
- Contribute to reward projects including process improvements, harmonisation and wider Group initiatives.
- Coach and support junior members of the Reward team of 4 where appropriate.
About you
- 2+ years' experience within Compensation & Benefits or Reward, plus a background in another area of HR or Analytics
- Strong exposure to salary benchmarking and reward analysis.
- Experience managing salary review or bonus cycles.
- Excellent Excel.
- Comfortable analysing and presenting data.
