Role Summary:
Seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) who combines strong business-domain expertise with hands-on software engineering and AI/GenAI skills. The candidate will work directly with business and executive stakeholders to identify problems, design solutions, and rapidly build and deploy AI-driven solutions focused on measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to define problems and desired outcomes.
• Lead solutions from problem definition architecture development deployment.
• Build AI-first solutions within 90 days or less, including LLM agents, RAG pipelines, GenAI workflows, and automation.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate effectively with C-suite and engineering teams.
• Develop prototypes quickly, gather user feedback, and iterate rapidly.
• Drive transformation initiatives and measurable business adoption.

Required Experience:

• 12+ years combined industry/technology experience.
• Strong functional/domain experience in at least one:
  • Finance / Banking
  • Supply Chain / Logistics
  • Manufacturing / Operations
  • Commodities / Trading
• Proven transformation leadership and executive stakeholder experience.
• Startup/fast-paced environment experience with strong ownership and independence.

Technical Skills:

• Python Required
• LLMs: OpenAI, Claude
• Prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, multi-agent orchestration
• LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen
• GenAI/ML and fine-tuning fundamentals
• SQL/NoSQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, BI
• Azure preferred; AWS/Google Cloud Platform acceptable
• Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, enterprise security
• Full-stack development experience
• ERP/CRM platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, or trading systems
