Job description

Provide production support for the COLLINE collateral management application in a complex banking environment. Troubleshoot user inquiries and incidents, maintain system connectivity and access, monitor batch jobs, automate operations with scripts, and coordinate change management and disaster recovery activities. This is a hybrid contract role in Iselin, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

  • Provide L1/L2 production support and resolve user inquiries and incidents.
  • Perform root cause analysis and incident management for COLLINE application issues.
  • Support COLLINE setup, databases, third-party integrations, and SWIFT/Acadia
  • Soft connectivity.
  • Develop, test, and deploy Unix and shell scripts for automation and release management.
  • Monitor batch processing with Tidal and support SQL, ETL, Linux, and Windows environments.
  • Coordinate disaster recovery exercises, DR flips, access reviews, and change management.
