QA/Test Manager 3 (EHR SaaS Implementation) onsite in Austin, TX - local only

he ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading QA initiatives for EHR implementations, including data migration validation, ETL testing, functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, UAT coordination, and healthcare compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall QA strategy, planning, governance, and execution for enterprise EHR SaaS implementation.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, schedules, and resource plans.
• Manage functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Validate large-scale data migration from legacy healthcare systems to new EHR platforms.
• Oversee ETL testing, reconciliation, data mapping validation, and data quality verification.
• Coordinate testing of interfaces, APIs, inbound/outbound healthcare data exchanges, and downstream reporting.
• Validate clinical workflows including patient records, scheduling, medications, pharmacy, billing, documentation, and provider workflows.
• Support SaaS configuration testing and vendor release validation.
• Create and maintain test cases, traceability matrices, test evidence, and quality documentation.
• Track and manage defects using Azure DevOps, Jira, or ALM.
• Coordinate testing efforts across technical teams, vendors, clinicians, business users, and project leadership.
• Prepare testing metrics, status reports, risk assessments, and executive updates.
• Ensure compliance with audit, security, privacy, and healthcare regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience as a QA/Test Lead or QA/Test Manager.
• 11+ years of hands-on experience with:

• Extensive experience testing Enterprise Healthcare/EHR platforms.
