The Role • Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales objectives within an assigned territory. • Build and maintain long-term advertising relationships with businesses through professional sales techniques. • Identify new business opportunities and open new accounts in the local market. • Utilize company tools and resources to research prospects, prepare proposals, and present advertising solutions to clients. • Actively participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry events to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. • Manage administrative duties, including sales planning, client record-keeping, and follow-up on production orders. What You'll Need • Comfort with making cold calls, both in-person and over the phone. • Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate policies and procedures. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to diverse audiences. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems is preferred. • A valid Driver’s License is required. • A college degree is preferred, as is previous outdoor advertising sales experience.
